Ryan led development teams as a Senior Tech Lead at Fortune 500 companies including Shell, HP, and United Rentals. He built key initiatives for The University of Houston, including the university's mobile app, and consulted with YC-backed startups like Perl Street (YC W22) to build complex financial platforms on Google Cloud Platform.

At Shell, Ryan led a Tier 1 project nominated for the VP CIO Award in Shell Chemicals for its estimated $38M – $57M business impact. He was also selected for the Shell Design System Champion Committee to advise on the company's inner source initiatives.

As a former board member and VP of Technology for the Youth Leadership Council at Rice University, Ryan continues to give back to the community through technical guidance and pro-bono work for non-profits in the Houston area.
